RETURN POLICY
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information.
The Exceptions: Items in the "Sale" section, anything discounted 30% or more, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, and undergarments are final and cannot be returned. Shoes returned using the shoe box as shipping container are not permitted.
Defective Items: If you believe you have received a defective you must notify us by facebook message or email within THREE days of verified delivery notice via USPS. Otherwise, it will be deemed wear and tear. No exceptions.
Overview: Returns received that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please be sure to use a tracking service when back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for the return. if you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note with your information.
